David Dillard, FAIA Doug Bissell, AIA Grant Warner, AIA, LEED AP President Principal Principal David's contribution to Senior Living architecture started in the 1990's with his design of Edgemere in Dallas, Texas, and has been followed by one award- winning project after another. Although in recent years he has been on the lecture circuit (AAHSA, ULI, AIA, Environments for Aging, and others), he has taken a life-long vow never to leave the drawing board. As director of technical architecture, Doug is responsible to clients for delivering excellent projects in the fullest sense of the word - excellence in drawings, excellence in construction phase services, excellence in doing what we say we will do. Doug has worked with David and most of the D2 team since 2004. Grant has a proclivity for addressing every client, every program, and every project with such passion that every client wants him back on the next one. He was on the original Edgemere team and has worked since with the D2 leadership on projects from coast to coast. He is particularly informed and passionate about the Culture Change movement, and has joined David on the lecture circuit on this topic among others.
